Our commitments

Compliance with industrial specifications

At ID GRAIN, food safety and quality are at the heart of our commitments. We implement rigorous procedures to ensure that every step of our production chain, from seed to grain, complies with current standards in terms of traceability, hygiene and transparency.

Our protocols are designed to meet the precise requirements of our industrial partners. Each product is grown, harvested and processed according to clearly defined specifications, ensuring their compliance with the expected quality standards. This includes checks carried out by our agronomists and our quality department on production conditions, storage, grain processing and chartering.

Traceability and transparency

We guarantee full traceability of our sowing seeds and our grains.
Each step of the production process in which we intervene is documented, ensuring complete transparency for our customers. This traceability strengthens the trust of our partners and allows us to respond quickly to any potential issues regarding quality and food safety.

Labels and certifications

The quality of our special seeds and our traceability system are controlled by independent organizations, within the framework of our CSA/GTP, Organic Agriculture and Agri-Ethical certifications. ID GRAIN selects its producers, suppliers and transporters (Qualimat) to meet the conditions of the certification specifications. This approach attests to our commitment to offering safe products that comply with market expectations. We also have the capacity to respond to private certifications developed by manufacturers to meet their specific needs.

Our sowing seeds are controlled and certified by the Official Control Service (SOC) in the field and in the seed stations, providing an additional guarantee of their performance, quality and reliability.

All of our certifications enable us to meet the growing expectations of producers, distributors, manufacturers and consumers in terms of quality, traceability and sustainability.

Certified Seeds for Optimal Performance

At ID GRAIN, we recognize the critical importance of using quality and certified seeds by the Official Control Service (SOC). We are committed to producing and marketing high-quality sowing seeds in collaboration with our producer and distributor partners.

Agri-Ethical Labeling

In addition, research since 2019 ID GRAIN is committed to French fair trade in the buckwheat sector through the Agri-Éthique France label. This commitment guarantees a fair income for farmers by offering them a secure price. Thanks to strong, multi-year partnerships, together with industrialists, millers and cooperatives, we contribute to more equitable and sustainable agriculture. Download the certification

At ID GRAIN, our commitment goes well beyond production of seeds and grains.

Our environmental and social requirements are deeply rooted in our DNA and constitute the foundation of our businesses and our values. Our objective is to continue implementing concrete actions on the ground and to structure our CSR approach.

We affirm our determination to mobilize the resources necessary to meet the environmental, social and economic challenges that are intrinsically linked to our activity.

Environmental Commitment

ID GRAIN continually invests in the varietal improvement of new species and innovation to develop solutions that address current environmental challenges.

Our plant breeding program for example, is working to develop seeds that are more resistant to bio-aggressors and more efficient, requiring less phytosanitary treatment and water supply, thus contributing to the rational management of natural resources.

ID GRAIN is committed to promoting plant protein chains through its research, from its offer of contractualization and production, and its partnerships with specialized technical institutes.

We are developing varieties of buckwheat fast maturing, suitable for shorter growing cycles.
We also create varieties of rapeseed tolerant to insect pests, reducing the need for chemical treatments, and varieties of chickpea resistant to fungal diseases, thus ensuring more reliable and sustainable production.

We also support the development of crops intended for green chemistry such as high erucic rapeseed (HEAR).

We are convinced that these new plant production chains are essential in the objective of reducing the environmental impact of agricultural production.

Social and societal commitment

At ID GRAIN, we place respect for people and the promotion of agricultural professions at the heart of our actions.

We invest in developing the skills of our teams and initiatives to adopt best agricultural practices and adapt to technological developments.

We value our territorial roots by setting up local production, thus contributing to the dynamism of our territory.

Our commitment to our stakeholders, whether they are our customers, suppliers or service providers, is fundamental to the sustainability of our business. Together, we are working to build a resilient and respectful economic model.
